Eligibility

  • Your subscription will begin upon payment and continue on a monthly recurring basis until canceled.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and may not share your account with others.

Payments and Refunds

  • We accept payments via credit cards and PayPal.
  • All payments are due in advance for the subscription period.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once payment has been processed.

Intellectual Property

  • All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, video, graphics, practice exams, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Russell Watts Academy, LLC or our third-party licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any materials without our prior written consent.
  • Your subscription provides you with a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal educational purposes only.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with others.
  • Resell, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the Services for commercial purposes.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Services.
  • Violate any applicable laws while using our Services.

Disclaimer of Results

Russell Watts Academy provides training and preparation resources only. We do not guarantee that you will pass any electrician certification exam or achieve any specific outcome as a result of using our Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Russell Watts Academy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the month prior to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if, in our sole discretion, we determine that you have violated these Terms. Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Sharing or reselling content.
  • Using the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Disrupting the Services or attempting unauthorized access.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
